About our Internship Program
Start your commercial real estate career early. Get hands-on experience in JLL's fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment. Interns work alongside our real estate analysts, transaction professionals, and other associates. You'll gain valuable insight into commercial real estate and exposure to multiple lines of business throughout your internship.

Job Summary
This intern will support our analysts through research, writing, and market analysis.
As a Fall Intern in Capital Markets at JLL, you will:
  • Assist with rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
  • Prepare and write market research.
  • Gather and analyze market information and statistics.
  • Research demographics and traffic counts.
  • Assist in the due diligence process.
  • Value real estate assets using Argus and Excel.
  • Review and summarize leases (lease abstracting).
  • Help design and prepare teasers and offering books.
  • Create charts and other graphics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Current college/university junior or senior, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments while maintaining professional client relationships.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Estimated compensation for this position:
8,400.00 - 9,600.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
