  • Aug 31 - Nov 30 or
  • Sept 8 - Dec 7

Job Summary

Want real-world experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment? Join our Digital Workspace team and help keep the tools running that thousands of employees rely on every day.

You'll get hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Copilot. A large part of the role will focus on troubleshooting issues and supporting users through ServiceNow, while also getting exposure to how new tools and features are tested and rolled out.

Through this internship, you will gain:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow in a real enterprise support environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exposure to how new technology is introduced and supported.
  • Experience that translates directly into entry-level IT roles.
Essential Functions
  • Support users by troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues through ServiceNow
  • Work tickets and tasks to resolve user-reported problems
  • Assist with testing and rollout of new Microsoft 365 apps and features
  • Document issues and solutions to improve team knowledge
  • Learn how enterprise IT systems and support models operate at scale
Qualifications

Required

  • Must be Sophomore or Junior standing at college or university (graduating May 2027 or later)
  • Interested in IT support, systems, or end user technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work through real-world issues
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
