Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join Legends Global in the following departments: Marketing, Sales, Technology Operations, and Sports and Live Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Essential Functions

  • Complete Department project as assigned by department head

  • Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks

  • Support department for event preparation

  • Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents

  • Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects

  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):

  • Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a FT undergraduate student

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Detail-oriented and exceptional attention to detail

  • Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Competency with hand tools is preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and to be able to work with the public required

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Must be able to work indoors and outside

  • Must be high-energy team player

  • Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism
