Intern - Marketing Communications (Fall Semester)

Description
The Marketing Communications Intern provides support for Advita's sales, marketing and corporate branding projects. Throughout the internship, the employee will expand their knowledge of writing for the medical device industry and field of marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit collateral, such as product sheets, brochures, white papers and operative techniques
  • Write and distribute press releases, news articles and media alerts
  • Create and curate engaging copy for websites, social media and digital advertising
  • Write and edit video storyboards and transcripts
  • Perform market and competitive research
  • Update media lists and databases
  • Proofread materials for layout and copy
  • Assist with email communication for internal and external audiences

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Education:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution required

Experience:
  • None required

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Strong writing skills for both print and online platforms
  • Knowledge of AP Style
