About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on field position covering both commercial and residential jobs, with a strong focus on fire alarm and security systems. If you're licensed, reliable, and know your way around a panel, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems in commercial and residential properties
  • Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and security system issues in the field
  • Read and interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and code requirements
  • Perform routine inspections and ensure systems meet local fire and life-safety codes
  • Document work performed, parts used, and system status for each job
  • Communicate clearly with customers and property managers on-site
  • Coordinate with dispatch/scheduling to meet job timelines

Requirements

  • Active Fire Alarm License (FAL) — required
  • Proven experience working on both commercial and residential systems
