Family Medicine Physician – Raleigh, North CarolinaJoin a Mission-Driven Community Health Organization

A growing faith-based community health organization in the Raleigh area is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to underserved populations while enjoying strong clinical support, meaningful work-life balance, and a team-based practice environment.

The organization serves a diverse patient population, including immigrant, refugee, and Spanish-speaking communities, and is committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive healthcare for patients of all ages.

Position Highlights
  • 4 clinical days per week plus 1 dedicated administrative day
  • Outpatient-only Family Medicine
  • See patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
  • Epic EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools
  • Integrated Behavioral Health services on-site
  • Team-based care model with dedicated MA and RN support
  • On-site and virtual interpretation services
  • Collaborative, mission-focused culture
  • NHSC Loan Repayment eligible site (HPSA score 19)
Practice Environment

Providers are supported by a robust multidisciplinary team that includes:

  • Behavioral Health specialists

Patient Volume
  • 20-minute appointment slots

Ideal CandidateRequired
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
  • Comfortable treating patients of all ages
Preferred
  • Experience serving underserved or diverse patient populations
  • Community health, FQHC, or mission-driven practice experience
  • Prenatal care experience
  • Office-based procedural skills such as:
    • Joint injections
    • Aspirations
    • Dermatologic procedures
    • IUD placement
    • Nexplanon insertion
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
