NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding FAE with a focus on datacenter system and network design for AI computing. Your primary responsibilities will be onsite technical engagement for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems. Your role will involve working across functions within our organizations while also ensuring a positive experience for external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Solving complex hardware and deployment issues.
  • Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
  • Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
  • Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
  • Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
  • Establish positive relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of work‑related experience in the high‑tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
  • In‑depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
  • Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.
  • Ability to multitask optimally in a multifaceted environment.
  • Expert analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong time‑management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementation of new technology and products into very sophisticated projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.
Desired Additional Experience
  • Experience with large‑scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
  • Networking knowledge – TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc.
  • Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge.
  • Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and cooling systems for thermal management, power distribution, cabling, and rack layout as well as CPU Architecture knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $132,000 – $207,000 USD for Level 3, and $160,000 – $253,000 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
