Job description

The Factory Supervisor oversees production operations ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role manages a medium-sized team, directly reporting to the Plant Manager, and plays a key role in training and improving manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities of a team of 11-30 employees
