Avec plusieurs projets strategiques en cours et a venir, nous recherchons une Planificateur(trice) - Ingenierie pour se joindre a notre equipe basee a Saint-Bruno (Quebec).
Dans ce role cle, vous contribuez a la planification et au suivi des activites de developpement au sein du bureau d'etudes, en assurant la coordination et l'alignement des echeanciers dans un environnement de projets complexes et multidisciplinaires au sein d'une multinationale.
Votre futur role
Dans ce role a fort impact, vous travaillez en etroite collaboration avec les equipes d'ingenierie et les planificateurs projets afin d'assurer le respect des jalons et la visibilite des activites reliees au cycle de developpement du produit (conception, construction, deploiement, validation).
Vous jouez egalement un role important dans l'identification des risques, la coordination des echeanciers et l'amelioration continue des pratiques de planification.
Vos principales responsabilites
- Planifier, ordonnancer et gerer les activites de developpement d'un ou plusieurs metiers de l'ingenierie dans l'outil JIRA
- Creer et maintenir les echeanciers des projets en cours
- Identifier les risques et problematiques lies au sequencement des activites, a la charge de travail ou a la capacite des equipes
- Participer a la resolution des enjeux de planification en proposant differents scenarios
- Communiquer l'avancement des activites et les prochaines etapes aux equipes concernees
- Contribuer a la gestion des risques des metiers sous votre responsabilite
- Participer a la gouvernance et au pilotage de la planification (indicateurs, management visuel, plans d'action, reunions de suivi, etc.)
- Collaborer etroitement avec les planificateurs projets afin d'assurer une coordination efficace
Votre profil
- Parcours academique en ingenierie de preference
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en travail d'equipe
- Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit
- Experience/Connaissance du cycle de developpement de produits ferroviaires
- Familiarite avec les outils de planification -idealement JIRA
