Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions, bringing their visions to life.
  • Sales & Operations: Set and achieve sales goals, manage customer service targets, analyze sales performance, and handle staff scheduling. Oversee store administration, including inventory and cash reconciliation.
