Job description

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team!.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant floor activities, as well as the production and processing of the Tortilla Factory.
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of food preparation
  • Train and manage all personnel: Cashiers, cooks, kitchen and tortilla factory line workers
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Ensure Quality and portion control.

Inventory Control

Assist with human resources issues for all 60 employees.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields for at  least 2 years.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
