Job description

We are seeking an Assembly Line Worker to become an integral part of our team! Assemble electrical components onto light fixtures. Ability to work at various assembly stations as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Work from assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions, and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components

-May work in Packaging or subassembly areas as well as on the assembly production line.

- Utilizes a wide range of tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.

- The ability to read and follow assembly work instructions including drawings and schematics.

- Determine the optimum carton size for all finished goods products.

- Notify the immediate supervisor or quality control technician if the product does not appear to meet specified standards.

- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly factory.

- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience

- Assembly line experience

- Must be able to read and speak English

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent manual dexterity

High School Diploma or GED required.
