We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Officer who knows how to open doors, structure smart deals, and build a pipeline from the ground up. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, backed by an experienced credit, underwriting, and operations team that knows how to get deals done. What You'll DoOriginate and close new business through relationships with middle-market clients and referral partners
Build and manage your own pipeline from outreach through closing
Structure tailored working capital solutions including full-service, recourse/non-recourse tailored to each client's needs
Own the deal lifecycle in partnership with credit, underwriting, legal, and operations
Assess risk and structure deals including advance rates, reserves, pricing, and covenants
Present opportunities internally and advocate for your deals
Maintain client relationships post-close and identify growth opportunities

7+ years of originations experience preferably within the non-transportation factoring or receivables finance required
