WHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our logistics team. You'll be responsible for preparing, organizing, and shipping IT assets and equipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare assets for shipment; coordinate with couriers and logistics partners.
  • Sort and store materials based on size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Process daily orders, including printing, packing, labeling, and palletizing according to standard configurations.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support technical logistics needs.
  • Analyze customer requirements and assist in translating them into system and design specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Lift and manage heavy boxes and equipment with care.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and project milestones.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods (10+ hours) and lifting heavy items.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.
