Job description

You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facility Operations team which is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and ensuring reliable electrical power distribution across the plant.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily operations, managing personnel, and guaranteeing that critical infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead and mentor hourly/nonexempt technicians and vendors in the execution of electrical system maintenance and plantwide operations.

  • Develop, administer, and enforce policies and procedures that drive safety, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Coordinate and track project schedules, work plans, and resources to ensure timely completion of power distribution initiatives.

  • Review work outcomes for sound judgment, quality, and compliance with established standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for taskoriented assignments, translating goals into actionable work orders.
