DESCRIPTION
Sensational Facility Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires hands-on cleaning experience paired with strong leadership abilities to effectively manage our cleaning staff, oversee operations, and maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily cleaning operations, including staff scheduling and oversight.
• Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to ensure meeting company standards.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement necessary details and
improvements.
• Step in to fulfill cleaning duties when required.
• Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with clients as necessary to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with prior experience supervising staff.
• Background in business operations, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Great customer service
• A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
