 The Role


As an Assistant Regional Facilities Manager, you'll serve as the hands-on technical expert across multiple entertainment centers within your assigned territory. Reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities, you'll travel throughout the region performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing complex mechanical issues,
and completing repairs that keep our facilities operating safely, efficiently, and guest-ready.
This is a field-based role designed for an experienced facilities professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working independently, and supporting multiple locations.

What You'll Do

  • Travel throughout your assigned territory providing hands-on facilities support across multiple Lucky Strike Entertainment locations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, kitchen, and general building systems.
  • Serve as the primary facilities resource for locations without a dedicated Facility Manager while partnering with Operations and Facility Managers to prioritize repairs and maintain operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the life of building systems through proactive maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Support capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and applicable building regulations.
  • Respond to urgent facility issues across the region to minimize operational disruption and support the guest experience

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a hands-on facilities professional who enjoys working in the field, solving technical challenges, and supporting multiple locations across a regional territory.

  • 5+ years of commercial facilities, HVAC, or technical maintenance experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and general building maintenance.
  • Proven ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs from start to finish with minimal sup
  • Experience supporting multiple facilities, field service operations, or regional maintenance programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory, including overnight stays when supporting markets outside of the home area.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work safely in mechanical and technical spaces.
