What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the resort's maintenance operation, ensuring our property remains safe, beautiful, and operating at the highest standards. Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

  • Conduct ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and training.

Maintenance Operations

  • Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs.

  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call responsibilities.
