What you'll do
Facilities Maintenance & Repairs
  • Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:
    • Drywall, patching, and painting
    • Tiling and basic masonry
    • Shelving and equipment installation
    • Floor repairs and upkeep
    • Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)

Preventative Maintenance
  • Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
    • HVAC
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
  • Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns

Site Operations Support
  • Travel between multiple sites(number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Greater DMV area
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues
  • Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational

What your week looks like
  • 60% hands-on repairs and maintenance
  • 25% preventative maintenance
  • 15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support

What we're looking for
Required
  • 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred
  • 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
  • Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
  • HVAC/R experience or trade school background

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Field-based role across the Greater Bay Area
  • Local travel between sites (home daily)
  • Monday-Friday schedule
