Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Benevilla – Surprise, AZ
$17.94 per hour
Schedule: Training will be conducted from 7am-2pm and upon successful completion of training will work Regular Schedule: 1pm–8pm, Monday through Friday

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will help maintain Benevilla facilities, vehicles, grounds, and equipment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.

What You’ll Need:
  • 2 years of maintenance experience in apartment/senior living/multi-unit dwellings with basic electrical, plumbing, construction, and repair skills.
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and clean MVR and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders up to 20 feet and perform work indoors and outdoors.
