Job description

Support day-to-day activities involving industrial security and contract management.

Essential Job Functions:

Daily use of personnel clearance data systems - DISS/NBIS and E-qip and other security software in the performance of assigned duties. 

Coordinates on-boarding for new hires.

Reviews contracts to identify and implement all training requirements

Assures compliance with all government and company security regulations.

Facilitates and relays security tasks to AFSO and Admin team

Processes new employee security clearances, manage reinvestigations, and handle clearances via DISS/NBIS (Defense Information System for Security).

Oversee physical security controls, including alarm systems, surveillance, access control to restricted areas, and secured storage for classified materials.

Investigate security violations, unauthorized disclosures, or suspicious activities, prepare detailed incident reports, and implement corrective actions.

Maintains security clearances in NBIS, FCL information in NCAISS/NISS, as well as maintains the SIMS, and PEAP databases

Manages visit authorization requests (VARs) for cleared employees and visitors, including tracking foreign visits and foreign travel.

Conducts bi-annual self-inspections and manages external government security audits/inspections.

Assists with maintaining an Insider Threat Program, including monitoring for potential threats and maintaining reporting systems.

Assists in initiating and maintaining CAC and Network Accounts for various contracts

Maintains SharePoint site for contract required training

Processes marketing materials using the customer's OPSEC process

Develops and maintains workflows for security team

As needed, assists with coordinating meetings and events at facility

Processes paperwork during CAC and Network Extensions

Serves as POC for troubleshooting issues in IDCO, AVS, AVD

Serves as POC for general questions from employees

Runs reports for government information requests as needed

Assists in proposal development and contract kick-off meetings

Interfaces with customers and management to troubleshoot issues

Processes classified and unclassified OCONUS Travel

Conducts fingerprinting

Conducts daily EOD Safe checks

Maintains OCONUS Travel database and logs travel into DISS. Conducts in person or over the phone travel debriefs, and provides travel briefings

Assists Government Property team in tracking all Serial Numbers for government issued IT equipment (NIPR/TDREN/Dev computers)

Assists in all other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Associate's degree with 10+ Years of experience as an FSO, AFSO, Security Administrator, or DCSA Industrial Security Representative. 

Experience interfacing with Army and DCSA a plus. Background with ITAR, EAR and Proposal Development also a plus.

Excellent Writing Skills

Excellent Customer Services Skills

Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Office, DISS, NBIS, NCAIS, NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117

Must have strong problem solving skills.

Must be a professional, detail oriented, self-starter.

Strong Excel and database administration (SharePoint) skills a plus.
