Aramark Facilities Management is hiring Sanitation Technicians to support a food production facility in Savannah, GA.

This is a hands-on cleaning role responsible for keeping production equipment and facility areas clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards. You will spend your shift cleaning machinery, production spaces, and surfaces using power washers and approved cleaning chemicals.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in custodial, janitorial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning environments who are looking for steady, daytime work.

The position focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, and facility spaces to meet strict food safety standards. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a structured environment where safety and consistency matter.

Pay & Schedule

  • $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
  • Most shifts begin at 3am
Job Responsibilities
  • Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
  • Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
  • Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
  • Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
  • Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
  • Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
  • Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
  • Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
  • Adaptable to guests’ needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
