Job description

This part-time/full-time position is for a groundskeeper/facilities maintenance technician in a private neighborhood.  The groundskeeper/facility maintenance technician will be responsible for helping to maintain outdoor common areas as well as neighborhood amenity facilities.  Duties include, but are not limited to:  servicing pet station and trash receptacles throughout the neighborhood, ensuring amenity facilities are clean and fully stocked, checking and repairing lighting as needed, removing trash and debris from common area grounds,  watering flowers and keeping beds clean, blowing debris off decks and sidewalks, and keeping in regular communication with the Grounds Supervisor and Property Manager.  The applicant should expect that the majority of the duties are conducted outdoors.  Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and available to work on weekends.
