D2B Groups is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative for Facility Maintenance Services to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a full range of facility maintenance solutions to businesses across various industries. You will focus on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and maintain facility standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility maintenance services, focusing on establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand customer needs and tailor facility maintenance solutions that meet and exceed those needs.
  4. Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base.
