Direct Hire- $100k-$105k

Graham Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Building & Utilities Manager to lead the maintenance and technical services supporting our client's factory, buildings, utilities, and critical engineering systems.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, efficiency, and availability of the infrastructure and utility systems that support production. The ideal candidate brings strong industrial maintenance leadership, mechanical and electrical engineering expertise, a commitment to safety and continuous improvement, and the ability to develop high-performing technical teams.

You will play a key role in capital projects, maintenance strategy, energy management, budgeting, contractor oversight, IWS implementation, and talent development while partnering closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Finance, HR, EHS, Quality, and other key functions.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Capital Projects & Contractor Management
  • Support the safe, effective, and timely implementation of capital investment projects throughout the factory.
  • Partner with the Engineering Manager on installations, conversions, filter-making equipment, building and utility projects, power systems, and automation equipment.
  • Oversee and control contractors during installation and construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, effectively, and according to requirements.

Maintenance, Utilities & Facility Operations
  • Lead and support corrective and preventative maintenance activities for factory buildings, utilities, and engineering systems.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems, including:
  • Electrical systems, lighting, and grounding
  • HVAC, fans, and AC units
  • Air compressors and compressed-air systems
  • Boilers, pumps, filters, and heat exchangers
  • Gas and other production energy resources
