About the Position

Dexis is seeking qualified Facilities Service Assistants to support the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in Washington, DC. This position provides operational and facility support services, including mail and courier operations, office supply management, conference room support, workplace coordination, reception coverage, and related administrative functions. This position requires onsite presence 5 days per week with no exceptions for telework.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide courier and document delivery services.
  • Manage office supply inventories and distribution.
  • Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and conference room setups.
  • Coordinate service requests and facility-related issues.
  • Provide reception and visitor support as needed.
  • Maintain records, inventory logs, and operational tracking systems.
  • Serve as primary or backup driver for senior officials when authorized.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and visitor management procedures.
Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, mail management, warehouse management, building management, project support, or related fields.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting workplace operations, records management, inventory control, or facilities coordination.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain driving eligibility throughout employment.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience supporting federal agencies.
  • Experience with work-order, maintenance, or service request systems.
  • Experience supporting executive offices or senior leadership environments.
