Job Description:
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Function as an in-platform paid social campaign manager across a key media client
• Consult with other members of the social team as they develop top down social strategies for clients; provide perspective and best practices from a paid media standpoint
• Co-develop with your supervisor a tactical execution plan based on the approved strategy, and then execute the plan following best practices and processes
• Responsible for the day to day execution of tactics, campaign management, optimization and budget pacing
• Organize campaign materials and set up ads across Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, X (Twitter), Linkedin
• Set up and organize tracking links for paid social campaigns
• Collaborate with other agency partner teams to provide cohesive and joint-recommendations/deliverables for clients
• Develop performance reports, leveraging in-platform knowledge and our data visualization dashboard (Datorama), and present findings and optimization plans to the client
• Collaborate with large internal team (programmatic, search) for all things paid social, developing a trusted relationship with internal teams and confidence in our execution
• Stay abreast of social media trends, best practices and platform updates and keep internal teams and clients alike updated on relevant trends
• Build analyses and POVs to be shared across teams and with clients
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is required; Blueprint certification is a huge plus, and experience on other social platforms (Snapchat, Reddit) also preferred
• Experience with full funnel objectives and buy types
• Ability to translate analytics and reporting into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Exceptional command of advanced Microsoft Excel and media analytical skill set
• Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS required
• Well versed in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel, Powerpoint and Google suite of equivalent (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc)
• Google Analytics experience a strong plus
