Job description

Lincoln Elementary School is seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Cook for the 2026-2027 school year to support meal preparation and service in our school cafeteria. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in serving students, this is a great opportunity to be part of our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with preparation and serving of meals in the cafeteria
  • Step in for Head Cook duties when needed
  • Help clean and maintain kitchen and cafeteria areas
  • Assist with proper storage and disposal of food
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support a clean, organized, and safe food service environment
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and school personnel
