Primary Objective:

Deliver unparalleled service providing responsiveness, expertise, customization, and reliability. Create an overall positive experience for the customer with thorough communication and reporting capabilities to insure timely delivery, inventory management and problem-solving capabilities. Ensuring the safest work environment for our employees.

About The Role

This is an onsite (Gainesville, TX) position. Role involves walking up and down stairs and between buildings regularly. Position reports to Marketing VP. Marketing VP is not onsite, so candidate must be a self-starter, able to manage their own work, ask for help when needed, and set their own schedule. They must also be a hard worker, efficient, and willing to take on more work and support the rest of the team as needed. 

Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities 

GENERAL MARKETING ADMIN

Complete marketing admin tasks for IFS Coatings and all product brands plus WolfRayet

Organize clothing, keep track of stock and maintain accurate logs of clothing orders

Organize and assist with promotional mail outs, mail merge, e-mail merges, eblasts and other customer promotions

Assist with organizing and building wallboards

Take on marketing project work as needed

Assist with operational requirements for print materials

Keep marketing room clean, organized and ready for customer visit at any time

Keep marketing printed materials neat, tidy and fulfilled

Assist with marketing projects as required

Assist with organizing sales meetings and other events

Attend and contribute to marketing meetings

TRADESHOWS

Liaise with relevant tradeshow organizer and organize all items to send to show, ship and return receive all tradeshow materials

Keep tradeshow materials organized, cleaned and inventoried when not at show

Assist with tradeshow follow up as needed

Ability to travel between IFS/WolfRayet sites on own (e.g. drive own car to work at a different location as needed)

Attend tradeshow if needed

MARKETING CONTENT

Proof materials as requested

Manage Powder Coating Facebook Group

Manage Facebook leads, follow up and target with appropriate info

Create digital content such as Facebook posts, videos, eblasts

Assist in creating eblasts and newsletters

Contribute content to internal and external newsletters

Assist in creating direct mail, ads and other materials as needed

ARCHITECTURAL

Assist in processing architectural web submissions

Process architect panel requests and color matches

Ensure customer satisfaction by answering all emails and phone calls promptly and politely

Keep architects updated on color match or panel request process

Log AIA numbers as needed after lunch and learn presentations

Create AIA certificates as needed after lunch and learn presentations 

Manage Registered Applicator information and liaise with sales to receive paperwork, testing, warranty info

Inform sales team when RA needs retesting

Ship RA materials as required

Organize panels for architectural binders and assist with making binders

Create architectural panel rings
