Job description

Splash Clinical continues to grow and we are looking for a Digital Media Buyer who will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation, management, and optimization of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running various clinical trial social & digital media analytics. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the analytics support their various marketing campaigns and the effectiveness of them.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ad buying, setup, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring and strategic testing for clinical trial recruitment digital media ad campaigns. Platforms used include Google, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Regularly optimize digital media campaigns
  • Overall accuracy of reporting is critical for overall success in the position
  • Efficiency and productivity of running reports, as many reports are time sensitive
  • Be a resource to the Business Development, Strategy, Analytics and Marketing Project Management teams

Qualifications/Key Position Success Criteria for the position:

  • High school diploma is required, an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar field is preferred
  • This positions is hybrid and will require 2-days in the office, must be in the local area
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Media Analyst, marketing, or database experience
  • Experience and certifications with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics required
  • Ability to independently manage a workload of campaigns but also coordinate workloads as a team
  • Exhibit a level of curiosity to question and escalate trends to drive improved campaign performance
  • Strong mathematic and analytical skills, with proven track record of leading campaign optimizations and improvements
  • A very strong level of accuracy and attention to detail with customer and project specifications
