Trendset is a performance-first, content-obsessed ad agency helping modern brands scale across social, search, and digital platforms. We build trend-driven campaigns that convert attention into action—and now we're looking for a savvy TikTok Shop Specialist to take charge of strategy, setup, and success across TikTok Shop for our growing portfolio of brands.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving e-commerce performance within TikTok's native selling platform. You'll own everything from store setup to campaign optimization to influencer partnerships - turning trends into transactions.

Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Management & Optimization

• Set up and manage TikTok Shops for client brands, including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and policy compliance
• Monitor shop performance and optimize product listings, titles, and visuals to improve discoverability and conversion rates
• Troubleshoot issues related to shipping, returns, payout, or policy violations
• Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and promotions (Flash Sales, Bundles, Exclusive Drops)
• Collaborate with paid media and content teams to create high-converting product videos and live commerce strategies
• Use platform insights to recommend pricing strategies, incentives, and merchandising tactics
• Identify and manage TikTok creators through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
• Build seeding lists, coordinate product gifting, and negotiate affiliate commission structures
• Track creator performance and optimize partnerships based on sales impact

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze TikTok Shop data (click-throughs, add-to-cart, conversions, ROAS) and make actionable recommendations
• Set up tracking using UTMs, promo codes, and platform analytics
• Share weekly and monthly reports with internal teams and clients

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or TikTok Shop management
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop's backend, features, and best practices
• Experience with creator collaboration or affiliate marketing platforms
• Proficiency in using TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in reading dashboards and reports
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-com platforms
