Golf Shop Attendant

Location: Midlothian, VA 23113

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Golf Shop Attendant to join our team in Midlothian, VA. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily golf shop operations, and help create a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with members and guests, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Manage the tee sheet efficiently to ensure smooth scheduling of tee times.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to coordinate daily operations.
  • Assist with general golf shop duties as assigned.
Skills amp; Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn golf shop management software.
  • Timeliness and reliability in attendance and task completion.
