Location: Sapulpa, Oklahoma
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18 per hour



Job Description:
As a Shop Helper, you will support craftsmen with various tasks, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently upheld.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting skilled craftsmen with daily tasks and assignments.
  • Maintaining the company's productivity and quality standards through consistent performance.
  • Upholding 5S requirements and contributing to project efficiency.
  • Safely operating overhead cranes, power tools, and other shop equipment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Basic experience in a fabrication shop.
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.
  • Basic reading and writing skills for shop communications.
  • Proficiency in using a tape measure and reading shop drawings.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
