Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

● Receive packages, cross check packing lists, and sort samples for distribution across multiple departments

● Distribute incoming packages and samples to all departments

● Pack all samples, blocks, fabric swatches, etc. and ship to all vendors

● Update Shipping Log 2020 Doc with tracking details

● Sort and organize all proto and PP samples for sample sale and liquidation

● Monitor incoming/outgoing shipments and act as the main contact for courier representatives including the tracking of incoming packages

● File, maintain, and log TOP archives which includes the tracking of all Revolve sample loans and internal TOP pulls

● Ensure accurate data entry in logging TOP samples as they are handed off and/or when they are archived

● Coordinate TOP pulls with Revolve samples

● Coordinate TOP pulls for Brand Marketing and Editorial teams

● Coordinate passing of Domestic Quick Turn Project Samples

● Organize and maintain the sample archive library by brand/season and act as gatekeeper

● Gather seasonal samples from Design and Product Development on a monthly basis to archive in the storage room

● Lead on hanger and rolling rack organization

● Receive, scan, and sort employee purchases for the Owned Brands DTLA office

● Receive, scan, and ship employee returns for the Owned Brands DTLA office

● Assist with Buy Meeting Prep which includes costing updates, sample check-in, hanging samples

● Pull the Daily Sample Check in file and send it to all cross-functional teams

● Update PC data and clean the PC data as needed

● Coordinate the transportation for swatches, samples and fabric rolls for Domestic development

● Send Daily Bulk Approval submissions

● Assist in creating the target cost and WIP files

● Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

● Must be able to take charge, multi-task and lead projects

● An active team player and believe that “no task is too small” for the benefit of the greater good

● Be able to perform physical activity such as moving boxes on a dolly to multiple floors, hanging and carrying samples to multiple floors, climbing rolling safety ladder in archive room

●Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

●Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Minimum Qualifications:

● Intermediate Excel (able to manage spreadsheets and data)

● 1-2 years professional work experience in office environment, showroom experience or project management

● Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

● Intermediate Excel (able to manage spreadsheets and data)

● Background in working in a showroom and/or fashion industry

● Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $19.00-21.00/hr.
