About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Accountable / General Manager to lead and operate a certified Part 145 Repair Station. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aviation maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, leadership, and business growth.

The ideal candidate has the skillset and desire to run the daily operations of a repair station, oversee regulatory adherence, manage customer and vendor relationships, and drive profitability.

We are also open to investment participation for candidates or firms interested in taking an equity stake in the operation.

Key Responsibilities

? Serve as the Accountable Manager per FAA Part 145 requirements
? Oversee day-to-day operations of the repair station
? Ensure regulatory compliance, manuals, training, and audits remain current
? Lead maintenance, inspection, and administrative personnel
? Maintain customer satisfaction and commercial relationships
? Manage production schedules, workflow, and quality standards
? Work with ownership on strategic planning, business expansion, and capitalization

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

? Experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment
? Strong understanding of FAA regulatory compliance and QA principles
? Proven leadership/management experience
