Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas seeks Senior Full Stack.NET Developers. 40 hrs/wk. Duties include delivering working software using the Scrum framework to maximize value and reduce waste. As a member of the cross-functional Scrum team, responsible for the product lifecycle, including roadmap, enhancements, and support. Collaborate with both business and technical team members to understand business needs, refine requirements, and improve processes using Agile Scrum. Consult with leaders to adapt solutions for better customer experience, performance, and resiliency. Working with the development team, design solutions to achieve business outcomes and ensure stability and quality through automated testing and effective issue resolution. Address security vulnerabilities and stay updated with secure coding practices. Document and present technical concepts in straightforward format and demonstrate products to bank executives and the community. Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to improve coding standards and UX design standards, and to introduce new tools and concepts.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio development user interface with C#, Angular, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, and IIS, to include 2 years in Microsoft SQL Server server side development using SQL, SSRS, Stored Procedures, Views, Tables and Triggers, and in mapping data for migration and integrations. In the alternative, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years in using Microsoft Visual Studio development user interface with C#, Angular, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, and IIS, to include 2 years in Microsoft SQL Server server side development using SQL, SSRS, Stored Procedures, Views, Tables and Triggers, and in mapping data for migration and integrations is acceptable.

Must provide after-hours on-call support 2 weeks per month.

Must work in office 3 days per week, option to work remotely 2 days per week.
