Job description

Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contracting leader is seeking a Duplicating Machine Operator to join the team in Martinsburg, WV. Position Responsibilities: * Identifying and resolving potential issues within the Document Imaging process * Reviewing records to determine best imaging practices * Accurately and efficiently update or manipulate information in the approved ATF applications such as ECM and WebCenter Content * Operating various imaging equipment such as the IBML or Kirtas scanners and corresponding software applications for each machine * Updating the Warehouse Tracking System with necessary FFL and disposition information, which may include creating box labels * Ensuring that each box is properly labeled and scanned with the correct disposition and warehouse location * Verifying that all boxes in multiple-box sets are present prior to processing * Verifying FFL information on the Target Sheet to the appropriate batch cover sheet and Dealer Record Summary Sheet * Maintaining numeric file with a high degree of accuracy * Ordering the contents of each box according to the Document Preparation and Imaging procedures * Maintaining statistics on total boxes processed on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis * Securing, organizing, and sorting all boxes of individual dealer records * Performing quality assurance checks of team workloads * Accurately documenting communication details in a logical, organized manner * Performing record management duties as indicated in the Document Imaging procedures Position Requirements: * US Citizen * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass an Agency Clearance * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures * Experience in performing work requiring attention to detail and accuracy * Good Sense of time management and the ability to work under time constraints * Willingness to work as a team player * Strong sense of Customer Service * Understanding of the importance of consistently delivering high-quality work * Computer skills, including accurate use of keyboard, familiarity with web browsers and basic Microsoft Office applications * Experience in identifying and submitting potential problems to appropriate levels of management * Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds * Ability to perform frequent repetitive motions using fingers, hands, wrists and arms * Ability to stand during a full shift to operate IBML scanner; on a rotational schedule.
