RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Effectively manage inbound end-user and dealer support requests
  • Troubleshoot product and component issues
  • Maintain detailed notes regarding all service activities in CRM
  • Consistently create accurate and detailed work orders
  • Act as an ambassador for FFL Brands and the products it sells

PAY, CLASS & BENEFITS

  • $18-$21.50/hr
  • Full-time; Hourly; Non-exempt

Requirements:

  • Strong deductive reasoning ability when it comes to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical parts

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prioritizes high-level customer service for all customers
  • Attention to detail

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of customer service, sales or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
