What You'll Do

The Wauwatosa, WI office of Principal is hiring a Site Coordinator who is detail-driven, highly organized, and energized by a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. In this role, youโ€™ll collaborate with local teams and home office partnersโ€”both internal and externalโ€”to deliver outstanding support across all office operations. Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while problem-solving is key to success.

Your day will be filled with:

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones for the office location and providing a positive first impression for Principal.
  • On-site building coordinator responsibilities for facilities, equipment management and technology for the local office.
  • New hire orientation and onboarding, including equipment and space set up.
  • Being the liaison between home office and building management on space planning and building maintenance.
  • Assisting with local administrative tasks including processing mail and packages, office communications, coordination of onsite office events, office supply ordering, expense processing, business resumptive planning, office management, project work etc.
  • Providing administrative support & collaboration with multiple teams (New Business & Marketing) and advisors to help support the customerโ€™s experience.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Time Off Program
