As the Community and Partnerships Manager at F1 Arcade, you'll be the first team member our guests meet, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. The role builds relationships across the city through events, creators, partnerships, and cultural moments.

You'll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-impact, on-brand experiences that drive footfall, revenue, and community buzz.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Social and Content: Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service that reflects the F1 Arcade experience. Collaborate with the US Social Marketing team to guide local influencer programming, capture and create social content, and community and brand storytelling. Manage a roster of local creators, brief and schedule content shoots, and ensure all content aligns with brand tone and quality. Partner with the People team to showcase culture and employee experiences.
  • Work as One Team: Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, Sales, Operations, Digital, and PR, to maximize impact across every guest and brand touchpoint. Source and activate local marketing opportunities tied to events, holidays, F&B moments, and seasonal happenings to keep F1 Arcade top of mind year-round.
  • Brand Leadership: Own and execute localized marketing strategies, identifying new growth opportunities, amplifying calendar campaigns at the local level, and ensuring on-brand execution. Oversee the full production cycle for events, campaigns, including obtaining approvals, asset delivery, and roll-out across digital, in-venue, and OOH platforms.
  • Reporting and Stats: Work closely with the Marketing team to analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and make data-informed recommendations. Deliver regular reports on local marketing activities and identify opportunities to refine tactics and improve execution.
  • Partnerships and Outreach: Build meaningful relationships with local community & culture organizations, local sports teams, non-profits, media outlets, and key businesses. Actively seek co-marketing collaborations.

  • Guest-Focused Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a fast-paced guest-facing role is a plus.

Basic Physical Requirements

When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team member will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly.

Additional requirements will include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
