Job description

Overview
We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) to support residential and commercial land development projects from concept through construction. This role focuses on site design, grading, drainage, utility layout, and permitting while working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare site development plans for residential and commercial projects, including grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • Perform stormwater management and hydrology/hydraulic analyses using HydroCAD.
  • Develop construction documents, site layouts, and profiles using Civil 3D.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, municipalities, and utility agencies throughout design and permitting.
  • Assist with erosion and sediment control plans, permitting, and construction phase support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • EIT certification required.
  • Experience with residential and/or commercial land/site development projects.
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
  • Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and local permitting processes.
