Job description

AWS Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced and results-driven F1 Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of AWS's Formula 1 hospitality events across North America (NAMER) while providing strategic guidance and operational support for F1 field-led events globally. This role is central to maximizing the business impact of AWS's F1 sponsorship through world-class customer-facing experiences that accelerate pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and drive measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary owner of the NAMER F1 event portfolio and act as a trusted partner to field marketing teams worldwide, ensuring consistency, quality, and business alignment across all F1 activations. You will also contribute to the global strategic direction of the F1 Program and play a key role in stakeholder management across AWS business units and leadership.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of all F1 hospitality events in the NAMER region, including race weekends, customer experiences, and ancillary activations (e.g., Miami Grand Prix, Las Vegas Grand Prix, Canadian Grand Prix, and any future North America races).
Demand Generation: Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Account teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive high-value customer and prospect attendance

Define nomination criteria, manage invitation workflows, and ensure optimal guest list composition aligned with business priorities.
On-Site Execution: Lead all on-site logistics and experience delivery, including venue management, hospitality operations, agenda programming, speaker coordination, branding, and VIP experiences. Ensure flawless execution that reflects the AWS brand standard.
Business Results & ROI: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each NAMER event, including pipeline influence, opportunity acceleration, executive engagement, and customer satisfaction. Develop post-event reporting and insights to demonstrate ROI and inform future investment decisions.
Budget Management: Own the NAMER F1 event budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost optimization while delivering premium experiences.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, venue partners, and the F1/team partnership ecosystem as it relates to NAMER activations.
About the team
The Global Executive Marketing (GEM) Hospitality team is responsible for managing AWS's portfolio of hospitality benefits through marketing partnerships with leading sports and entertainment brands

Our mission is to demonstrate the power of technology and the art of the possible through approachable use cases that are changing the way fans experience sports and entertainment.
