Job description

Position Overview - Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven, highly tactical Paid Media & ABM Campaign Specialist who loves getting their hands dirty "in the weeds" of campaign execution. In this role, you will partner directly with our Marketing Strategists to turn high-level blueprints into active, high-performing campaigns. You aren't just thinking about the big picture—you are the one building the audiences, setting up the bids, and pulling the levers daily to drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate has a deep technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and 6sense, with a passion for continuous optimization, flawless execution, and clean data.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Hands-on Paid Media Build & Execution: Own the daily, tactical setup, launch, and maintenance of paid campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
  • 6sense Platform Management: Act as the primary operator inside 6sense; build dynamic segments, map account tiers, monitor intent signals, and push target account lists directly to ad platforms for immediate activation.
  • Collaboration with Strategists: Partner closely with Marketing Strategists to translate client roadmaps into tactical media plans. Provide feedback on what is technically viable, realistic, and optimal inside the ad platforms.
  • Daily Optimization & A/B Testing: Constantly monitor campaign performance. Execute daily budget adjustments, bid optimizations, keyword updates, and creative A/B testing to maximize ROI and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Creative & Copy Implementation: Take creative assets and copy from the content team and format/deploy them flawlessly across channels, ensuring correct UTM tagging, landing page tracking, and ad-to-persona alignment.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Pull daily/weekly performance data from Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Deliver clean, actionable data reports to Strategists and Sales teams to highlight which accounts are engaging.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct, hands‑on experience executing B2B paid media and ABM campaigns. Agency experience is a major plus.
  • Platform Super‑User: Deep, daily operational experience inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and 6sense (or Demandbase). You know these platforms inside and out.
  • In‑the‑Weeds Execution Focus: You thrive on building campaigns, organizing ad groups, troubleshooting tracking pixels, and managing budgets down to the dollar.
  • Data & Attribution Literacy: Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, UTM tagging frameworks, and tracking conversion data through HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Detail‑Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail—you double‑check every bid, targeting parameter, and typo before hitting "Launch".
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take strategic direction from a Senior Strategist and turn it into a live, optimized multi‑channel campaign.
Benefits
  • Hybrid or remote (dependent on location) - $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary range.
  • Health coverage and other health & wellness benefits via BCBS, vision care, dental coverage (Delta Dental), paid paternity & maternity leave, life & disability insurance, 401(k) matching.
  • Paid time‑off, including 14 paid holidays.
  • Great work‑life balance & positive company culture.
  • Business casual dress code.
  • Company laptop, full tech stack+tools, and other resources provided by demandDrive.
