**STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS UP TO $24K**

Who We Are

We are the nation's fastest-growing provider of autism care, delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across a rapidly expanding footprint. Since our founding in 2020, we've scaled from a single clinic to nearly 70 operating areas in more than a dozen states, supported by a high-performance corporate infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.

Recognized as the #5 fastest-growing private company in America by Inc. magazine, ABA Centers of America is a self-funded, founder-led organization-a rarity in today's healthcare landscape. We've achieved this growth without private equity, relying instead on operational discipline, smart capital allocation, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Our corporate team plays a mission-critical role in this success-developing scalable systems, managing risk, and driving the analytics that power our growth. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we offer a unique opportunity to help shape the future of autism care-while building on a legacy of operational excellence.

Our Origin Story

ABA Centers of America was founded by a father whose personal journey navigating autism care for his daughter revealed deep gaps in access, consistency, and quality across the system. Determined to disrupt the status quo in the autism care field and eliminate the unacceptably long wait lists for treatment, he built a company rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a relentless commitment to care that makes a difference.

Recognition & Awards

Our commitment to operational excellence, ethical leadership, and transformative care has earned our company and leadership national recognition from trusted sources, including:

  • Inc. 5000 -5th Fastest-Growing Private Company in America
  • Financial Times - #1 on "The Americas' Fastest Growing Companies"
  • EY Entrepreneur Of The Year U.S. Overall
  • South Florida Business Journal's Top 100 Companies
  • Florida Trend Magazine's 500 Most Influential Business Leaders
  • Inc. Best in Business, Health Services

About the Role

POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE

The High-Acuity Behavior Analyst (HA-BCBA) is a regionally embedded Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for supporting clinicians and clinic teams in the assessment and treatment of complex behavioral presentations. This role provides advanced clinical consultation for cases involving severe behavior, older learners, psychiatric comorbidities, or multi-system treatment needs.

The Analyst maintains a limited clinical caseload while serving as a local resource for other BCBAs requiring support with complex functional assessment, treatment design, and case stabilization. Through consultation, modeling, and collaboration with clinical leadership, the role strengthens regional clinical capacity and promotes effective, ethical treatment for individuals with elevated behavioral complexity.

  • Support interpretation of functional assessment results and translation into effective treatment strategies.

Older Learners & Complex Profiles

  • Provide expertise in working with older learners and individuals with complex behavioral histories.
  • Support clinicians addressing cases involving psychiatric comorbidities, environmental complexity, or multi-system treatment needs.
  • Assist clinicians in adapting ABA interventions for adolescents and adults when traditional early learner strategies are insufficient.

Clinical Mentorship & Skill Development

  • Serve as a divisional resource for BCBAs seeking guidance with complex clinical cases.
  • Model advanced assessment and treatment approaches when appropriate.
  • Support professional development of clinicians through consultation, case discussion, and problem solving.

Carry Clinical Caseload

  • Maintain a small caseload of complex clients in order to remain actively engaged in clinical practice and maintain advanced treatment expertise.
  • Implement and model best practices in assessment and treatment for complex behavioral presentations.
  • Demonstrate effective case stabilization strategies that can inform consultation with other clinicians.

The High-Acuity Behavior Analyst requires a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field and must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

Additional qualifications include:
