Job description

Discover your exciting role

The Electrical Engineer works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, contributing to the electrical design process and conducting detailed analyses of electrical systems, equipment, and packaging.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of low-noise, mixed signal design desired
  • Perform Electrical Engineering design and analysis
  • Identify problems and propose operational solutions to complex projects and tasks
  • Document product designs and ensure release of accurate designs to manufacturing
  • Communicate nature and status of work performed to appropriate management
  • Assist mechanical and process engineers in the selection and qualification of new or replacement components
  • Input drawings and design packages into PLM system and release via ECO process
  • Conduct design reviews and post-mordem analysis of designs
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved practices of the company
  • Manage projects with minimal guidance
  • Other duties as assigned
Show your expertise
  • BSEE or equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience required
  • 1-3 years of engineering or related work experience required
  • AutoCAD (required) and Solidworks (preferred) or other design package experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Exceptional Excel skills mandatory
  • Knowledge of design process, ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of engineering concepts, theories, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to exercise discretion and good independent judgment in all duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25lbs.
