Job description

The Extrusion Helper is responsible for assisting the extrusion operator with basic tasks, including cleaning the machine's rollers, organizing production rolls on pallets, general workspace cleaning, delivering samples to the laboratory, and providing support during machine startup. The Helper reports directly to the Team Lead and, when required, to the Extrusion Coordinator.

DESCRIPTION

  • Keep the work area clean and free of materials on the floor, throughout the work shift.
  • Assisting with extruder startup operations.
  • Continuous monitoring of resin feed to the extruder.
  • Assistance with cleaning of rollers and machine surfaces.

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, including team lead and managers.
  • Basic computer skills for operational and communication purposes.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working with minimal supervision.

EXPERIENCE
