Established in Massachusetts in 2015 as NUPRO Advanced TPU Films, the company was subsequentially integrated into the ORAFOL Americas group in 2021. Our Advanced TPU Films products serve as components in a vast range of demanding surface protection applications, encompassing transportation, electronics, aviation, medical and wind energy sectors.

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films seeks candidates with exceptional decision-making abilities and meticulous attention to detail.  Applicants must possess a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of accountability while demonstrating rapid learning, drive, self-motivation, and strive for continuous improvement. 

With a base rate of $28.00 per hour, plus shift differential, our skilled Flat Die Extrusion Machine Operators are indispensable to the seamless operation of our daily production process. These workers create the highest quality of extruded TPU films by observing and adjusting the process parameters to ensure proper film thickness and sheet width. 

Essential Functions:

  • Start up and shut down equipment
  • Observe and adjust process parameters
  • Properly use and read a tape measure
  • Perform sample inspection
  • Data entry
  • Perform basic die and extruder maintenance
  • Operate fork truck as required 
  • Comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety requirements
  • Adheres to ISO procedures
