RUBBER EXTRUSION HELPER NEEDED - 3RD SHIFT
A well-established rubber company in Middlefield is seeking a Rubber Extrusion Helper to join their team. This is a 3rd shift position, running from 9:00pm to 7:00am, Monday night through Thursday night. The pay rate for this position is $17.00/hr., and it offers an opportunity for temp-to-hire.
Job Summary:
As a Rubber Extrusion Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the Operator with job setups, part inspection, and proper packaging. Must be able to operate a forklift.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with setting up and tearing down the extruder.
Verify that the correct raw material is ready on the line.
Feed rubber into the extruder.
Prepare required boxes for packaging.
Package parts as specified on the Work Ticket for each job.
Maintain a safe work environment through proper housekeeping.
Adhere to all company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Abilities Required:
Ability to stand for 1-8 hours per day.
Capable of lifting weights ranging from 1 to 35 lbs.
