Job Description
As an Extrusion Helper, you will assist the Extrusion Operator with job setup, raw materials, inspection, and packaging of rubber products.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with setup and tear down of extruder
  • Verify raw materials and feed rubber into extruder
  • Package finished parts per work ticket instructions
  • Assemble boxes and maintain a clean work area
  • Follow safety and company policies
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Experience with calipers is a plus
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
