Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As an Outside Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, dealerships, and other potential clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  2. Product Promotion:
    • Promote and sell a wide range of outside parts, including but not limited to headlights, tires, wheels, brake kits, and custom grilles.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  3. Sales Targets:
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  4. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about competitors.
    • Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team.
