Job description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for guests at our extended stay property. This role is key in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for guests who may be staying with us for weeks or months. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building positive, ongoing relationships with guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and extended-stay reservations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
• Process payments, post charges, and balance daily transactions
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met
• Monitor lobby and front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Enforce property policies while providing excellent customer service
• Assist long-term guests with account updates, stay extensions, and special requests
Qualifications
• Previous front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred (extended stay experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
