Compensation
$60-$70/hr. | Full-time and part-time opportunities available
What You'll Do

  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate activities to maintain motivation and drive progress
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards
Who We're Looking For
  • Active PT license and valid Texas state license to practice
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred (new grads with pediatric fieldwork experience encouraged to apply)
  • A motivated, team-oriented professional comfortable working independently in home settings
Patient Population
You'll primarily work with children (ages 0-21) with diagnoses such as developmental delays, cerebral palsy, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and gross motor delays.

Physical Requirements
  • Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods
  • Walk and run for extended periods
  • Transition independently from sitting to standing
  • Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans

  • Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment
